Atul Subhash's wife Nikita, who committed suicide after being fed up with domestic violence, can be sentenced to 7 years! 

Kanika Bhardwaj said that if it is proved that Atul Subhash was forced to commit suicide, then his wife Nikita and other responsible people can be punished up to seven years. However, this will take a long time. After the police investigation, the charge sheet will be filed and then the court will give its verdict. It will be difficult to prove in court that Nikita forced Atul to commit suicide, but if it is proved, Nikita can be jailed as well as fined. The father of Atul Subhash, the engineer who committed suicide in Bengaluru, has refused to immerse his ashes. He says he will not immerse the ashes until his son gets justice. Atul Subhash had written the same thing in his suicide note. He had said that if he does not get justice, his ashes should be immersed in a drain outside the court. The Karnataka police have arrested Atul's wife Nikita and other members of his family. Supreme Court lawyer Kanika Bhardwaj explained under which sections Nikita can be punished and how much punishment can be given
